Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

By creating an account, accepting these terms, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, AI Content Policy, and Credits Rules. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these rules.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and must not share personal sessions or bypass member permissions.
• Team admins may activate or suspend accounts, configure models, concurrency, and Credits, and manage ownership of team data.
• If you discover unauthorized access, notify your team admin and change the affected credentials promptly.

3. Service and AI models

SKAND provides canvas, media management, creative assistance, and access to third-party AI models. Models, specifications, availability, speed, and output capabilities may change; SKAND does not guarantee continued availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Your content and license

As between you and SKAND, you retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant SKAND permission to process, copy, transmit, and display it as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including sending required content to selected or team-configured model providers.

5. Outputs and responsibility

AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to third-party content. You must review outputs before use or publication and verify copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, factual accuracy, client contracts, and platform rules. Intellectual-property protection for outputs depends on applicable law.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing, hateful, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Do not generate sexual content involving minors, evade safeguards, access systems without authorization, or disrupt the service.
• Do not abuse allowances through automation, create abnormal load, resell unauthorized access, or help others violate these rules.

7. Credits and charges

Credit purchases, estimates, reservations, settlement, and refunds are governed by the current Credits Rules. One-time purchases are processed by Stripe; Checkout displays the currency, price, and applicable tax before confirmation. Purchased Credits are not deposits or withdrawable assets.

Except where required by applicable law, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where SKAND expressly approves a refund, delivered and used digital Credits are generally non-refundable. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

SKAND may limit or suspend features to protect users, providers, or the service, or in cases of illegal activity, non-payment, abuse, or material breach. Your team admin and SKAND handle account closure and ownership of team data through the available process.

When policies materially change, SKAND will publish a new version and may require renewed acceptance before protected features remain available.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided as-is. SKAND does not warrant output accuracy, uniqueness, uninterrupted availability, or particular commercial results. No limitation excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Contact and disputes

For questions about the service, billing, or these terms, contact your team admin first so they can coordinate with Skand Studio. Mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, and dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.
